  • Design, build, and evaluate RAG pipelines for medical knowledge retrieval and Q&A systems.
  • Fine-tune and instruction-tune LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, BioMedLM, etc.) on healthcare datasets.
  • Work with embedding models and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS).
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate outputs using standard benchmarks.
  • Build NLP pipelines for clinical text: NER, entity linking, summarisation, and classification.
