Andrea Sait is the Founder and Managing Director of MedXL. A serial entrepreneur working at the intersection of healthcare and technology, Andrea has built and led ventures across digital health and education technology — including MedSocio, a networking and learning platform for doctors and medical students, and EDXL Learning & Innovations. That vision is grounded in real hospital operations, having led business and expansion at Kauvery Hospital, one of South India's leading hospital groups. At MedXL, Andrea sets the company's direction and strategy — pairing first-hand insight into how hospitals actually run with the technology expertise to deliver integrated, affordable IT to mid-sized hospitals across India.

Sadiq Sait is a Co-Founder and Director of MedXL — a Chennai-based technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building software products. Through his work on the education-technology platform uLektz, Sadiq has developed large-scale digital systems for learning, skilling and institutional management — expertise that shapes MedXL's learning management system and its approach to staff training, competency and compliance for hospitals. At MedXL, Sadiq guides product and engineering, keeping the platform scalable, standards-driven and genuinely simple for hospital teams to adopt.

Nihara B is a Co-Founder and Director of MedXL and a laboratory-systems specialist with deep expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). She has implemented and developed LIMS platforms for some of the world's most demanding, quality-regulated organisations — currently in Sweden, and previously delivering LIMS projects for leading pharmaceutical companies including Novartis, Catalent and Janssen, alongside hands-on lab operations experience. That specialist knowledge directly shapes MedXL's Lab Information System and its focus on accurate, compliant, workflow-driven clinical data. Nihara holds a B.Tech and an MBA in Project Management.
